Eden Care, Inc. ( "we," "us," "our," "Eden") is the owner of the EDEN Application ("Eden" or the "App"). Eden is a mobile application that allows its users to capture routine photos, monitor products and medications, log symptoms and side effects, and compare progress over time (the “Service”). For the purpose of this Agreement, both the free Service and the premium account are referred to collectively as "Eden," the "App," or the "Service", unless otherwise indicated.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, maintain and disclose your Information. This includes information that could be used to identify a specific User (“Personal Data”), and other information that does not constitute Personal Data (“Non-Personal Data”) that is collected from you while using our Service. We take the privacy of your Personal Data very seriously. All members of Eden’s workforce with access to your Personal Data are required to follow this policy, effective April 15, 2023.

Collecting your Personal Data may be necessary for providing our Service, and is a consequence of the normal operations of our business.
